Welcome to the Water Shutoff Reporting tool. This form allows you submit your information and concerns about a water shutoff due to non-payment.

Information submitted through this webform will be received by Division of Drinking water staff and will be reviewed for compliance by the Water Shutoff Protection team. The Water Shutoff Protection Act is California’s legislation that oversees water system’s policies and practices as applicable to residential customers.
